Our commitment is to swiftly process and ship orders, relying on our trusted logistics partners, Like DHL and DTDC, for prompt and reliable delivery. It is essential for customers to ensure the accuracy of their shipping information to avoid any delays or complications in receiving their orders.

Delayed Delivery Cancellation

Customers have the right to cancel an order if the delivery is significantly delayed beyond the agreed-upon timeframe, Our normal delivery the partners normally from 3 to 7 days for Urban and Rural localities.  Delivery Cancellation requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, considering the nature of the delay.

To request an order cancellation, customers can contact our support service within 48hrs. During Working hours, it will check-Resolve-update from the original estimated delivery date. During festive season, this process will take more time.

By placing an order during festive periods in other states, customers acknowledge the possibility of delays beyond our control. Efforts will be made to communicate any expected delays and provide relevant updates. Customers are encouraged to check their order status and tracking information for the latest details of the tracking service.

Exceptions:

Delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, etc.) may not be eligible for cancellation or refund. Customers will be informed of any potential delays as soon as they are identified. Our team will review the request and respond within a week with a decision.

Shipping: 

  • We regret to inform you that we do not offer delivery services outside the geographical boundaries of Indie. Our customer support team is available to assist you with any queries related to product availability, order placement, or delivery within India.
  • Orders can only be placed for delivery addresses within India.
  • Any attempt to place an order for delivery outside India will be automatically declined during the checkout process. If, due to a technical glitch or any other unforeseen circumstance, an order is placed for delivery outside India, the payment will be promptly refunded, and the order will be canceled after verification.
  • The User can check the status and location of the purchased Product on the Logistic Partner website, or in the application. Our customer service team coordinates with Logistic Partners for prompt delivery, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of tracking status, subject to potential time lags and technical difficulties beyond our control.
