Cancellations on coffee orders will be considered if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order or before the order is roasted, whichever comes first.

  • Subscriptions (3-6 months) cancellation: A minimum commitment of 3 months is required for these subscription plans. Cancellation within the initial 3 months is not eligible for refunds. The subscription involves a one-time payment at the beginning, simplifying the payment process for subscribers.
  • 12-month Subscription cancellation: For the 12-month subscription, a minimum commitment of 3 months is required. Cancellation necessitates a 30-day notice, and customers are encouraged to contact us via phone or email to discuss and negotiate any terms related to the cancellation process.
    For any cancellation, the customer can connect with our support service. We will promptly address and work with you to resolve the issue.

  • Returns and Replacements: Customers should contact our customer support team via email or phone to initiate the cancellation or refund process. Return of purchased Products is facilitated through our reverse-Logistics Partners. On receipt of the request for return of Product on the Reliance Digital Platform and the same being duly approved by us, our reverse-Logistics Partners shall get in touch with you to collect the purchased Products from you. We process returns and exchanges of purchased Products in accordance with us.


  • NO Refunds are not provided, we are dedicated to customer satisfaction and will promptly arrange for replacements to address any quality concerns. Our support service will then work with you to resolve the issue.
  • About Ekata Coffee Values: To preserve the freshness of our coffee, we recommend keeping them in the sealed packets provided, equipped with a Zip closure. This ensures optimal storage conditions, maintaining the flavor and quality of our Roasted products.
  • Ordering and payment method- Payment is due at the time of order placement, ensuring a seamless transaction. We accept various payment methods, including UPI (Unified Payments Interface), credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment options.
